Ukraine: Military drone's thermal camera records wedge of five spheres in war zone
In February 2024 a Mavic 3T drone with a thermal imager recorded a silent, wedge-shaped formation of five spherical objects, each about one meter across and moving at about 67 mph, in a Ukrainian war zone; Ukrainian analysts classified them as UAP.
Background
A Mavic 3T drone with a thermal imager recorded a wedge-shaped formation of five spherical objects in a Ukrainian war zone. The objects followed a straight trajectory and produced no sound. Each measured about one meter in diameter and moved at about 67 mph. The final identification analysis classified the objects as UAP because of their small size, unusual shape, regular group formation, high velocity and low altitude. The observation is documented by Artem Bilyk and Kyrylo Nikolaiev in a special issue of the journal CTX (Spring 2026) on Ukrainian military observations of aerospace objects during the defense against Russia. The account follows the entry in George M. Eberhart's chronology UFOs and Intelligence (CUFOS) and the sources cited there; it is not an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
