Background

Record DOW-UAP-PR066 is a 48-second video with the uploader-defined title 'USCG C-144 Tyndall UAP 1 TIC TAC IR hot 24 April 2024', uploaded to a classified network in June 2024 (VIRIN 240424-D-D0360-6523). AARO assesses it as likely derived from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. Coast Guard platform operating in the southeastern United States in 2024; the material lacks a substantiated chain of custody and the official description contains no judgement on the event. Per that description: at 00:09–00:15 an area of contrast appears from the upper right and, as the sensor does not pan, leaves the frame on the left; at 00:33–00:48 an area of contrast enters from the lower right and exits at the lower left while the sensor pans left but is unable to track it. The companion record DOW-UAP-PR065 ('USCG C-144 Tyndall UAP 2', 38 seconds, VIRIN 240424-D-D0360-2094) shows the sensor panning to keep an area of contrast in view from 00:00 to 00:32 before it leaves the frame on the right at 00:33. The 'tic tac' and 'IR hot' characterisations come from the uploader's titles only. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record codes DOW-UAP-PR066 and DOW-UAP-PR065) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
