Matthew Brown

Matthew Brown is a former U.S. government employee and UAP whistleblower. He worked with a Top Secret security clearance in the United States national security apparatus, including in the Department of Defense environment and later for the U.S. Department of State. In April 2025, he publicly identified himself as the author of the previously anonymous report submitted to the U.S. Congress concerning the alleged classified UAP program Immaculate Constellation. His statements and the programs and observations described in the report are whistleblower claims and have not been independently confirmed in all respects.
