Paul Kelly

Paul Kelly was the duty air traffic controller at Jersey ATC during the Channel Islands UFO sighting of 23 April 2007. In direct radio contact with Captain Ray Bowyer he confirmed primary radar contacts south of Alderney, observed a single primary contact in the described area and informed Bowyer that Captain Patrick Patterson, flying from the opposite direction, was describing a matching sighting at the same altitude and position.
