Raymond Duvall

Raymond Duvall is an American political scientist at the University of Minnesota — Professor and Chair of the Department of Political Science, former interim dean of the College of Liberal Arts — with research focused on critical political economy, international relations and global governance. In 2008 he co-authored with Alexander Wendt the paper "Sovereignty and the UFO" in Political Theory, analysing the political-philosophical roots of the UFO taboo.
