Yalçın Yalman
Yalcin Yalman is a Turkish night guard who, between 2007 and 2009, filmed an extensive series of UFO sightings near Istanbul, in Kumburgaz, with a high-zoom camera. His footage reportedly shows a structured metallic craft with visible occupants behind a transparent section. The videos were analysed by the Sirius UFO Space Sciences Research Center as well as by the Turkish Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (TÜBİTAK); official reports stated that the material could not be interpreted as CGI or conventional objects.
