James Klotz

James Klotz is relevant to the Malmstrom case primarily as a researcher, FOIA requester, and co-author of Robert Salas’s Faded Giant. His importance is less a personal military observation than the source chain: through research, publication, and CUFON-linked documentation, he helped make the Echo/Oscar Flight complex publicly inspectable.
