Why this is interesting
According to the interview, the witness had restricted the airspace for planned tests and was leading three vehicles to a gate between 7:15 and 7:30 am; the gate, which had worked normally before, opened only on the fourth remote attempt. Driving through, she saw a cigar-shaped object, “metallic bronze in color,” about two to three Blackhawk helicopters long, almost hovering 500 to 3,000 feet above a tree line and moving slowly east to west, with an intense white light and a ring around it at the eastern end. The object was silent and vanished after five to ten seconds; a passenger in the second vehicle said he saw it too, and no photos or video were taken. The report also notes that she had never seen anything like it in fifteen years and that co-workers mocked her for reporting it. The release pairs it with the PDF record “Serial 4 RedactedRedacted.”
