DOW-UAP-PR057a, "Spherical UAP in clouds"
DVIDS / U.S. Department of War
Uploaded in June 2024, this 1-minute 10-second video depicts a contrast area entering and moving within the sensor view, likely from an infrared sensor on a U.S. military platform above the Yellow Sea in January 2023. The footage includes panning and zooming, with no conclusions or judgments made. The source is assessed as likely infrared sensor data, but chain-of-custody issues limit verification.
