Location redacted: Two witnesses report large dark triangle with three lights
On an evening in June or July 2011, around 8 or 9 p.m., two witnesses leaving a driveway at a redacted location saw a massive black triangular object with a white light in each corner pass low overhead toward the north. They described the observation to the FBI in an interview in April 2025.
Background
According to an FBI FD-302 interview record drafted in April 2025, two witnesses (names redacted) were in a vehicle about fifty feet from a driveway at a redacted location on an evening in June or July 2011, around 8 or 9 p.m., when one of them noticed three lights in the sky. After stepping out, he saw a massive black isosceles triangle flying north with a car-sized, recessed white light in each corner that emitted a diffuse glow; the object was low to the ground and produced a low humming, pulsing noise, passed over the tree line behind the houses and was out of sight after roughly 10 to 15 seconds, leaving no contrails. The second witness estimated the object at about 800 feet above the ground and roughly 200 feet long and 100 feet wide, moving slowly and steadily, and recalled something grayish or graphite-colored in the middle of the triangle. An attempt to record the object with a phone failed. The witnesses believed neighbors had also seen it; the location, the witnesses and the interviewing agents are redacted. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code FBI-UAP-D028) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
