Background

The FBI FD-302 records that during a trip in February 2024 (day redacted) the witness, a pilot, captured video on a Samsung Galaxy S22 of white lights from the cockpit with the cabin lights off, at around 4:36 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on a clear night. The aircraft was about 150 miles northwest of Minneapolis, Minnesota, flying east; the lights were seen to the north in the North Dakota region, at about his altitude or slightly higher, and were brighter in person than on camera. The video shows sometimes ten or more white lights moving in straight lines and brightening and dimming; at 3:27 the witness was unsure whether two lights were close together or one light had a tail, at 3:47 whether there were three separate lights, and at 5:22 the flight panel shows about Mach 0.80 with the aircraft 40 to 50 miles northeast of Sioux Falls and the KFSD airport on radar. He never felt unsafe and believed the lights were more than 100 miles away. Identifying details are redacted; the video itself is not part of this record. The details are taken from the records released by the U.S. Department of War (record code FBI-UAP-D024) and do not represent an independent determination by From Beyond Space.
