Bigelow Aerospace Advanced Space Studies (BAASS) was the prime contractor for DIA's AAWSAP contract HHM402-08-C-0072 from September 22, 2008 through the no-cost closeout extension ending December 21, 2010. BAASS built a cleared multidisciplinary organization including counterintelligence/security leadership, investigators, database developers, scientific staff, and field personnel. It delivered more than one hundred reports and the 11 databases of the AAWSAP/BAASS Data Warehouse; 38 DIRDs were published by DIA from contractor products.
